Lesson 6What should John have done differently? First of all, he should have taken his buddies home or asked them to stay in the car. It would have been better to sit quietly while waiting for the counter to clear. If other friends arrived, he should have been friendly but should have told them he was there to apply for a job and said he would visit with them later. It would also have been better to ask whether the application should be filled out immediately or brought back after completing it at home.
