    Mission

    Mission

    TELL's mission is to connect new bilingual teachers to high-need schools in Georgia.

    Vision

    Our vision is to build bridges between individuals, communities, schools and university certification programs - bridges that foster multilingualism and multiculturalism, preparing all children for academic achievement and successful futures in a globalized society.

    Goals

    1. To increase the population of highly qualified, bilingual public school teachers in high-need school districts in Georgia;
    2. To create career ladder that will serve bilinguals of all levels of education; and
    3. To provide bridges between programs, bilingual non-certified community members and public schools that need bilingual teachers.
    Funding

    Funding for the TELL Scholarship Program is provided by a Transition to Teaching Grant from the Office of Innovation and Improvement of the U.S. Department of Education.
