Conference registration fee includes
admittance to all conference events, including eligibility for all
Competitive Events (for affiliated TECA chapter members), TECA 2004
Entertainment, Job Fair, Dinner Banquet, and the Awards Luncheon.
Payment Guidelines:
In order
to make the registration process easier, it is preferred that each
College/University submit one registration form for all participants from
that location. Please try to submit one check for all registrations, if
possible. Payment must accompany registration in order to be processed.
In order to receive the lower registration fees, your registration form and
payment must be postmarked on or before February 4th,
2004.
After February 4th, you must pay the late registration fees on-site. We
regret that we cannot accept mailed reservations after February 4th.

Registration refunds will be given for valid reasons as follows:
Until February 4, 2004: Full refund if request received on or before 4:00
p.m. on 2/04/04.
After February 4 2004: 80% refund if request received before 4:00 p.m. on
2/17/04.
After February 17, 2004: NO REFUNDS.
