Educational Field Experiences

All observation and practicum placements must be requested through the Educational Field Experience Office.

You MUST have a completed "PRECHECK.COM" background check before your placement will be requested.

Students are NOT allowed to contact the school or county school office or report to a school until the Educational Field Experiences Office notifies you by e-mail of your confirmation.

If you need multiple schools for the same field experience, complete a separate form for each school.
