Directions

The College of Education is housed in three buildings; Aderhold Hall, the Ramsey Center and River’s Crossing. Aderhold Hall and the Ramsey Center are located on South Campus. Direction to River's Crossing in Athens

Directions from Atlanta: Travel Highway 316 East to Athens perimeter (Loop 10). Go east or right on perimeter to College Station Road exit. At light at end of exit ramp, take a right onto College Station Road. River's Crossing is on the right just after crossing over the river. The Technology Center is located in the River's Crossing Annex behind the main building.

Directions from Athens: Take the perimeter (Loop 10) to College Station Road exit. Travel outside the perimeter on College Station Road (see map) to River's Crossing located on right just after crossing over the river. The Technology Center is located in the River's Crossing Annex behind the main building.

Driving Directions

From Downtown Atlanta and Hartsfield International Airport:

Take I-75/85 from the airport or downtown Atlanta and continue on to I-85 North (Greenville).
From I-85 North (Greenville), take the Lawrenceville/Athens exit (GA 316) and proceed east for approx. 45 miles.
From GA 316, take the south loop (identified as 10 Loop and U.S. 78) around Athens to the east side of town.
If you find the route numbers confusing, then look for signs that direct drivers to the University of Georgia and follow them.
Exit 10 Loop/U.S. 78 at College Station Road.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto College Station Road.
Take the first right onto River Road in front of the UGA Visitors Center. The Ramsey Center is located next to the Visitors Center.
Continue on River Rd. loop past the South Parking Deck, staying in the left lane to the stop sign. Turn left, and continue to the back of the Ramsey Center. Turn left into parking lot, E09. Go left into the lot. Once parked, walk toward the corner of the building to the left of the parking entrance. The entrance to the building will be on your right when you reach the corner. You can also use the extended campus map, found at the "Campus Maps" link to aid you in finding the Ramsey Center.
