- UGA Honors Program - The Honors Program at the University of Georgia is designed to provide the ablest students with resources they need to make the most of their undergraduate experiences. Special classes, individualized attention, opportunities for independent research and close contact combine the depth of a liberal arts college with the breadth of a major research university. - Division of Academic Enhancement - This division helps students get the most out of their academic experience. Their offerings include a developmental curricula in English, mathematics, reading, and study strategies; a comprehensive Academic Center which includes a Learning Center with a computer lab, a peer Tutorial Program, a satellite office in the residence halls, and a series of academic success workshops (some for academic credit); and TRIO federal grant programs. - Study Abroad - This comprehensive website lists hundreds of study abroad opportunities available at UGA. The office staff assist in determining which program is best for you and ironing out the logistics of attending, including visas, financial aid, and class credit.
- UGA College of Education Student Services - Your first source for information about the College of Education! Services include advising new and transfer students, awarding academic scholarships, assigning student teaching placements, and assisting with the certification process. - UGA Testing Services - University Testing Services (UTS) is responsible for the administration of university-wide testing programs, including the Regents', U.S. and Georgia Constitution and History tests, Orientation testing, proficiency and entrance testing, language placement testing, and Independent Study/Distance Learning exams. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 and appointments are required for many test programs. Test dates and registration instructions for the group administrations of selected programs are provided in the OASIS registration system and in the Schedule of Classes each term.
UTS also administers numerous paper/pencil and computer based national testing programs. Candidates may visit our web site @ www.uga.edu/testing for more detailed information.
