Open Enrollment start October 25- Nov 19.
They are adding a PPO/HSA PPO alternative network (cheaper than PPO but less to choose from…still more to choose from than HMO)
Tobacco Surcharge- on the Honor system $50 a month which is separate from premiums (pre-tax)
PPO changes medco copay going up to $30 instead of $25 for name brand prescriptions. Copay waiver if generic tried before jan 1, after jan 1 no waiver is available
Wellness program (details to come out later) it is a year long process
HSA PPO alt will stay at PPO 2010 rates…everything else is going up
Plans go up 9.7%, kaiser 8.3%, Dental 9% (enrollment is open this year for this)
$2 million plan maximum is coming off January 1st
People have to be added in open enrollment (if under 26) otherwise can be added in case of a major life event.
