SRG Home Training and Development Survey |
About SRGSRG Officers: Chair: Jacquee Rosumny Support Staff of the College of Education assists faculty and administration in the development and implementation of the University of Georgia mission -- to teach, to serve and to inquire into the nature of things. The representative body is called the Staff Representative Group (SRG). Support Staff consists of all classified, non-classified, and administrative classified (non-faculty) personnel. Representatives to the SRG are determined by election as outlined in the Bylaws. The SRG was established at the request of The University of Georgia President to serve as a channel of communication between support staff and the College of Education administration for the promotion of the general welfare of the University. The SRG’s main concern is to address issues of concern to COE staff. It forwards to the University Staff Council those issues that would be of concern or interest to the entire University staff. The SRG is also active in building community for staff through our online newsletter, staff awards, and other occasional social events. If you have an issue or idea which you would like to see addressed on the next SRG meeting's agenda or you would like to attend a meeting, contact any of the SRG Departmental Representatives to place your item on the agenda or to check for the current meeting place. Attendance of any College staff is welcome! |
