Partner High-Need School Systems*
The map and list below represent the high-need school systems which SPECTRUM intends to partner with during the funding period of this project.
*High-need School Systems are determined by percentage of poverty as reported on http://www.ed.gov/programs/lsl/eligibility.html, and also by percentage of teachers teaching on waivers of teacher certification as reported by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (August 2004).
