SETWEB is a program of study designed for individuals with a bachelor's degree or higher who are interested in teaching special education. Completion of this program leads to the “Special Education General Curriculum Consultative” certificate, formally known as “Interrelated Special Education”.

The Department of Special Education launched its innovative program SETWEB (Special Education Training on the WEB) in the summer of 2000. Since the first SETWEB students began, more than 350 have been recommended for certification in special education, with over 100 students scheduled to complete the program in 2007.
