Shown here on the left is the Fine Arts building with hot water heating units on the roof. The Science and Technology building and constructed wetlands are at the bottom of this image. A goal of 50% water reuse is included in the design for both educational and economic reasons. The Studio building is connected to the Science building with an airlock. At present we are studying the use of alternative building materials to increase thermal efficiency and structural flexibility within our $65/ sq. ft. target price.

The fine arts facility has a driveway access and work yard. There is
a storage garage which allows affordable storage for sets and materials.
The building has a theater for 300, a stage, lobby, workroom and restroom
facilities. It is the largest building on the campus (8,132 sq. ft.).
