Views From the Center of Mini City

The Professional Building (above and center) anchors one end of Mini City. This is the largest and most flexible building, which allows the students/citizens a place for selecting their individual jobs.
Students create most of the curriculum. Examples of the various ways that the curriculum may be constructed (constructivist classroom) are: Students design their own money (frequently the teacher's picture is placed on the one-dollar bill)and they design and implement their own form of government. A news paper is published by the students and radio and television broadcasts are made from the professional building. The teacher acts as the Federal Authority.
Students who have experienced the Mini City - Walk-In Textbook have called their town names such as "Super City, Littleton, and Tiny Town.
