Student will have a private room in the Winton Drive Residence, a non-smoking student housing facility for University of Glasgow students. Its facilities include a large common/TV room and a quiet study room with computer clusters which are linked to the University of Glasgow. Students will be given a guest account to allow them access to the University network. Internet connection is available in each room as well. Each student will have access to a designated kitchen and dining area and a toilet/showering that they share with 9 other students. The dorm is approximately a 10-minute walk to the University campus and 5 minutes from the nearest subway station.
Management staff, the Senior Resident Team or Night Security will be on duty at any given time, thus ensuring that the hall is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. See the Winton Drive handbook for more details on the dorm.
