When you have completed this form, please mail your registration payment (sorry, no online option for payment) to the address indicated below. $60 for Faculty, District Administrators and $35 for Students & K-12 teachers before the deadline (mail-in check as we do not have an online payment option)*Postmarked by Oct. 1st. After the deadline, prices are $75 for Faculty, District Administrators and $45 for Students & K-12 teachers REGISTRATION BY MAIL ENDS ON OCTOBER 1, 2011 (POSTMARKED BY OCTOBER 1).
