COE Faculty Research Funding – General Conditions of Grants
1. Time Period: Grants will ordinarily be made for use from Maymester through Spring Semester of the award fiscal year.
2. Reports: A final report will be required by July 31 of the following year summarizing what has been accomplished during the grant period. Include information on publications and grant proposals generated as a result of the grant.
3. Other: All research carried out under the sponsorship of a COE Research Funding Program Grant is subject to all of the University’s standing policies regarding research. In particular, projects involving human subjects, biohazards, etc., must obtain the necessary approvals before commencing work. Money awarded cannot be released until these forms, when appropriate, have been submitted and approved.
