Teaching Math Developmentally



	Rocky Branch Elementary-Teaching Mathematics Developmentally Learning Community The focus of this learning community is to explore in depth how children learn and develop mathematical thinking. Participants will plan collaboratively for the integration of assessment and instruction through problem-based tasks and classroom discourse. Active student engagement, making connections between developmental stages of learning, and peer observations of math lessons will be implemented. Contact Linda Pickering for more information.
