	New Teacher Survival: Jackson County Comprehensive HS Science and Math Teachers The teachers participating in this LC are particularly interested in improving the new teacher orientation experience as well as the mentoring program at the HS. They plan to come up with a plan for improving these aspects of the school. In addition, they will work with each other and the facilitators to improve specific aspects of their teaching with which they are not satisfied.
