I currently serve as Senior Academic Professional Associate for the Department of Educational Psychology and Instructional Technology and as Associate Director of the Georgia Center for Assessment. My research interests are: Standard setting procedures; Program evaluation; Performance assessment. My publications include: Understanding Test Scores and School Performance; Developing proficiency standards for determining adequate yearly progress for Georgia High Schools; Analysis of the predictive validity of the Georgia High School Predictor Tests in Science and Social Studies. I am a member of the American Educational Research Association, Georgia Educational Research Association and the National Council on Measurement in Education.
