Frequently Asked Questions Concerning Web Support:

The web support team will respond to web requests within 24 hours. Common requests for changes, edits and corrections will be completed for your review within 24 to 48 hours.

Examples of items we can complete within 24 hours:

  • Existing text changes or corrections
  • Switching out existing photos (without editing the photos)
  • Adding or replacing downloadable documents

Examples of requests that might take 48 hours:

  • Updating forms
  • Creating one or two new text pages
  • Creating tables with data (e.g. event schedules, directories.)
  • Creating surveys or giving access to COE survey tool.

More complex updates or projects will require further discussion with you and together we will agree upon a timeframe.

Examples of more complex requests:

  • Photo Galleries
  • Form Creation
  • New Sites
  • Redesigns
  • Project Work
  • Navigation and or Menu changes

Ways to help us work faster

  • Please use the Web Request Form to submit your web production request. You will have the ability to upload one supporting document to the request.
  • Provide requests electronically: Receiving sketches and/or handwritten paper versions of your changes can delay our response time considerably.
  • Use a consistent mode of communication with us. When you use the Web Request Form, you are contacting the entire web communications team.

Example Formats:

  • Text: Send your information through our web request form, and attach a word or PDF document .
  • Tabular data or Tables: Attach an Excel spreadsheet to our Web Request Form.
