When you log into a PC located in the College of Education the ‘H’ drive will automatically be available to you. In the event that the ‘H’ drive does not appear in ‘My Computer’ you can access the network file share manually by navigating to \\128.192.22.34\home from Windows Explorer.
Mac users will need to utilize ‘Connect to server’ from the Finder and specify cifs://128.192.22.34/home as the ‘Server Name’.
When prompted for credentials you will need to enter your MyID in the form ‘myid\yourmyid’.
Off-campus users will need to connect to the VPN at http://remote.uga.edu/ before initiating a connection to the ‘H’ drive system.
