Course Evaluations
OIT has developed an online Course Evaluation system that allows faculty to setup a course evaluation, including custom questions, for their course. Once the evaluation is complete and course grades have been turned in, faculty can receive their course evaluation results from their department Office Manager of other department designate.
COE or UGA Faculty Activity Report
The Online Faculty Activity Report has been developed to help you create your annual report. It provides you with a simple interface to enter your report information once. The online database will generate a polished, professional report for you, as well as, your department, school and the college.
Qualtrics Survey Tool
Qualtrics surveys available through the University of Georgia are branded with the University’s Arch.
The University of Georgia now offers Qualtrics — a web-based survey tool that makes it easy for students, faculty and staff to design, implement and evaluate survey results.
Qualtrics is free for all UGA students, faculty and staff, but users must contact Dave Wynne to request an account. Faculty, staff, students who want to establish a Qualtrics account must contact their local OIT staff.
Once created, users may access their UGA-branded Qualtrics account at https://ugeorgia.qualtrics.com/ControlPanel/. For password help, contact the Dave Wynne or your OIT staff.
Qualtrics makes it possible for students, faculty and staff to create their own UGA/ COE branded surveys, invite participants and review results. Users can choose from a library with more than 80 different question types, remind participants to take a survey and view reports in a variety of formats.
Surveys may be posted online or kept private among select recipients, who don’t have to be affiliated with the University.
UGA has a campus-wide license for Qualtrics — thanks to a partnership with the Vice President for Information Technology and a number of units on campus.

Formemail
The OIT has provided a CGI program which will email the contents of an HTML form to you when the person out on the WWW presses the submit button. Please contact OIT to have forms created. Contact Information Services (IS) for Formmail support at coeweb@uga.edu.

Projects.coe.uga.edu
College of Education server used specifically for web design and web development projects. The name of this server is projects.coe.uga.edu. This server will allow you to add features that will further the functionality of your webpage to work with database applications MySQL and Access, along with server side scripting applications such as PHP and Active Server Pages (ASP).
