Copy/Print Services

The OIT Media Services Desk in 232 Aderhold is your one-stop shop for copy/print services, and for many other media center resources.

All OIT computer laboratories (227, 228, 233, 616, and 618) print-out to the COELABS printer in room 232. All printout cost 5¢ a page.
Photocopy services are also available at the Media Services Desk. Currently the unit provides four photocopiers for your convenience. We're now in the process of upgrading our copy services to all-digital copiers. All photocopies cost 5¢ a copy.
Fax services
- We charge $1.50/page to send your fax to any domestic location
- The charge for receiving a fax is 50¢ a page
The Crawl. Have a meeting or event in the COE that you'd like to share with everyone in Aderhold Hall? Let us put it on our hallway monitors. It's what we call the crawl. We recently upgraded our information display monitors to new plasma displays.
The Media Center offers a host of other media-related resources, including:
- Teacher Reserve holding; convenient and centralized
- Lamination; teachers love lamination, and we have it for 80¢ a linear foot
- Die Cut Letters: Yes, teachers still design and make traditional bulletin boards, and we offer a variety of fonts and shapes for your use at no charge
- Binding; bind that report, you'll get a better grade. Charges apply.
- Media Duplication; Copy that videotape or audio cassette, or even that CD or DVD. Charges apply, and we regret that we cannot duplicate copy righted material without express written consent.
- Typewriter; you remember those - we still have one for you to use
- Precision Paper Cutters; to, uh, cut paper
- Scissors, staplers, glue sticks, etc., for your use at no charge
