Media Services is located in 232 Aderhold Hall and is open during the following times: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm). Media Services is closed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Please note that hours may vary during summer semester, holidays, breaks and in-between semesters. Any changes to hours will be posted outside the Media Services door (232 Aderhold Hall). Media services offers inexpensive copy, print, color printing, poster printing, cutting, binding and lamination services to the COE Community. Additonally, we offer fax services starting at $1.50 per page (local faxes to UGA departments are free). Transparent report covers, color cardstock and other supplies are also available at an additional charge.

The Media Desk, located in 232 Aderhold Hall, offers an extensive selection of audio-video (A/V) and instructional equipment for checkout. Media Services offers a wide range of audio, video and other services, including technical assistance with streaming media files, podcasts, video editing, media duplication, IP video conferencing (e.g., Skype and Horizon Wimba), audio and video equipment checkout, audio and video setup for special events, course material reserves and typewriter services. Additonally, we offer plasma display monitors for staff and faculty to upload important announcements about special events and other news.
