COE Promotional Items

Items may be requested from the College of Education Dean’s Office to promote or market the institution to alumni, prospective students, special guests, supporters, and other stakeholders. To request promotional items, please submit the request form below at least 10 business days prior to the date items are needed.

Note: According to UGA policy, the College of Education cannot provide gifts that result in personal benefit to any individuals, including UGA employees.

Quantities exceeding 25 items will require special consideration. Item(s) will be based on quantity, type of event/recipient, and current inventory. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Custom Promotional Item Orders for Departments, Programs or Special Events

If you are interested in purchasing custom promotional items from a vendor for your department, please contact Chip Stewart, Director of Foundation and Marketing Support, at chips@uga.edu or 706-542-4583 to ensure proper use of UGA marks and Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) vendors.
