A proposed new online master’s degree in reading education marks only the third such program at UGA, but the university may be gearing up to take more of their degree opportunities into cyberspace, reports a front page story in the February 6 Athens Banner-Herald. COE Dean Andy Horne, Associate Dean of Outreach and Engagement Ron Cervero, Bob Fecho, professor and program coordinator of reading education and Janet Truluck, coordinator of the online master’s degree program in adult education, are quoted in the story.
