Pollock’s research on fructose featured in New York Times

Research by Norman Pollock (BSEd ’98) linking fructose intake to visceral fat and increasing individuals health risks is featured in the Health section in the Feb 6 issue of the New York Times.  Pollock earned his bachelor’s degree in health promotion and behavior at UGA.
