Katherine Raczynski, a doctoral student in the research, evaluation, measurement and statistics program of the department of educational psychology and instructional technology who was recently named the David Watts Scholar by the Southern Regional Education Board, was featured November 13 in the Red & Black‘s “Three-Minute Interview.”
