Webber to open COE Brown Bag Seminar Series on Research

Karen Webber, associate professor in the Institute of Higher Education and former director of Institutional Research and interim associate provost for institutional effectiveness at UGA, will speak on Wednesday, January 20, in the first of a spring series of College of Education Brown Bag Seminars on Research.
Webber will give a presentation titled, Personal and Professional Factors Affecting Research Productivity, and be available for questions and further discussion from 12:15-1:15 p.m. in Room, G-23, Aderhold Hall.
Webber is currently examining data from National Center for Educational Statistics and the National Science Foundation in hopes of developing a model across disciplines that will be a guide for efficient faculty productivity. She was recently featured in The Chronicle of Higher Education related to this research.
