RECRUITMENT


In order to launch our research, we need to recruit three populations of teachers to participate in the study. We seek teachers who:


<> have completed National Board Certification [Post-Candidates]


<> are beginning the process of certification [Candidates]


<> are considering candidacy at some point in the future [Pre-Candidates]

Research participants can expect the following benefits:


<> Membership in collaborative communities of pre-candidates, candidates, or post-candidates.


<> Facilitator support from NBCTs trained in PSC-approved programs


<> Access to your participant data assembled for the casebooks


<> Focused dialogue, self-assessment, and inquiry into student learning
