Guidelines for Proposal Submission
Proposals may be submitted by e-mail or U.S. mail. They should be word processed and include the following information in the order indicated:
I. Title of the paper/program
II. Type of session (select from the following):
a. Contributed paper (15 min.)
b. Contributed paper (30 min.)
c. Demonstration (30 min.)
d. Workshop (30 min.) (60 min.)
e. Poster Presentation
f. Other (identify and specify time requested)
g. Paper Set (60 min.)
III. Name(s), institutional/school affiliation, address, and two phone numbers (work & home) for the presenter.
IV. Abstract (150-250 words maximum) for publication in the Conference Proceedings. (The proposal will be evaluated based on the abstract.)
V. Audiovisual equipment requirements. All conference rooms will contain an overhead projector. Some rooms will be equipped with screen and LCD projector and computers. If you require additional equipment, you should plan to bring it to the conference with you.
VI. Include one self-addressed stamped envelope or return email address.

Proposals may be submitted by e-mail to tkoballa@uga.edu no later than September 16, 2005. The proposal should be in Word (doc) or rich text format (rtf) attachments please.
Please include "SASTE PROPOSAL" in the subject. Presenters submitting proposals by e-mail will be notified of the status of their session by e-mail.
