Teaching Additional Languages:

B.S.Ed. in Foreign Language Education

(Spanish Education, French Education, Latin Education, German Education)

This program prepares students to teach modern and classical languages such as Spanish, French, German, and Latin in pre-school through 12th grade. Students earn T-4 (initial) certification to teach in Georgia public schools. Students must apply to this restricted major. Course requirements and prerequisites (e.g., coursework in the target language) should be completed before student teaching. See the program planning sheet on the left for details.
