Undergraduate Programs - Application Procedure
- File an “Application for Change of School, Degree, Major, or Minor” form in your college to declare the minor.
- When you have finished course requirements for the minor, fill out and submit a “Minor Completion Form” to the Undergraduate Advisor, Ms. Anna Durden, Student Services Office, 122 Aderhold Hall. For appointments or questions, email adurden@uga.edu.
