The program is designed for students who have earned undergraduate degrees and seek initial state certification to teach modern, classical, or Less Commonly Taught Languages in Georgia P-12 public schools. A wide range of program offerings and electives accommodates student needs and interests. The program consists of two groups of courses. Group I courses fulfill requirements for initial T-4 teacher certification. Group II courses fulfill requirements for the master’s degree and T-5 certification.
