Student Associations for Graduate Students

UGALLA
UGALLA, which stands for "The University of Georgia Lifelong Learning Association," is the student association for the Adult Education program.

Students of African Descent
The Students of African Descent organization was created to enhance the learning experiences of students of African descent within the Adult Education Program by providing formal and informal opportunities for sharing and networking, and to promote dialog among students and faculty within the Program Area about race and ethnicity issues within the adult education community. Regular meetings are held several times during the academic year, and a student-run research conference is produced each spring. Active membership is open to any adult education student of African descent. Associate membership is available to support group members who have graduated.
