The best way to use any of the forms below is to
- choose the file format you wish to use,
- save a copy to your computer, and then
- open the newly saved file to complete your form.
PC instructions to save your file:
- Move your mouse over the file name you wish to use.
- Use the right mouse button to open a dialogue box.
- Choose Save Link as with your left mouse button.
- Choose where you wish to save the file and change the file name if you wish.
- Minimize or close your web browser window.
- Open the application you want to use.
- Open the file you saved by going to where you saved your file.
- Choose the file to open it.
- Use the file as you wish.
Mac instructions to save your file:
- Move your mouse over the file name you wish to use.
- Left mouse click on the file name/link.
- You will be asked to Open or Save your file.
- Chose Save File to send to your download location (this may be your desktop or your download folder depending on your browser settings).
- Minimize or close your web browser window.
- Go to where you saved your file.
- Click and drag the file onto the application you are using (for example, Word)
- Your file will then open so you can use the file as you wish.
