Educational Administration and Policy

Plan B: Non-Performance-Based Program

Plan B is a program of study that does not include provisions for leadership certification as elaborated by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. Students who wish not to seek certification to be a leader but who wish to earn a Doctorate of Education Degree sustain the courses in Plan B (Non-Certificate Option). Applicants whose school system does not have a partnership agreement with the Program in Educational Administration and Policy and do not have a letter of endorsement from the school system employed sustain Plan B. The coursework for Plan B include the following areas:
