- Professional doctorate designed for mid-career and senior professionals responsible for educating adults and helping individuals, groups, organizations, institutions, communities, and/or societies change.
- Highly relevant and integrated curriculum designed to develop scholar-practitioners innovatively bridge theory and practice
- Specializations provide the opportunity to deepen expertise related to Adult Education Leadership or Human Resource & Organization Development
- Culminating in an action research dissertation project
- Cohort format provides a vital learning community and fosters collaborative learning
- Face-to-face meetings no more than five times per semester (Friday noon through Saturday at 5:00)
- Web 2.0 technology integrated throughout the curriculum
- Designed to be completed in 3 – 4 years
