Mission
Our mission is to create, disseminate, and apply knowledge about leadership, learning, organizational effectiveness, policy, and research methodologies.
We prepare leaders, policy analysts, and researchers at the graduate level to advance educational quality, equity, and opportunity in formal, informal, and non-formal settings.
