Contextual Field Experiences in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda: Cultural, Natural, Special Interests, and Independent Study

The intent of this one month program is to provide students in diverse programs at the University of Georgia, and beyond, opportunities for international and multi-cultural experiences through immersion in Kenya's world renowned cultures and environments with excursions to Tanzania and Uganda. The program encourages independent / research study projects and includes courses in an area of your interest. An site visit to view gorillas and chimpanzees in Uganda and a climb on Mt. Kilimanjaro are offered as options in the 2004 program.
