Although focusing on a college classroom, this videotape is appropriate for elementary and secondary educators as well. This videotape involves viewers in analyzing teaching for both equity and effectiveness. The program provides insight into patterns of subtle inequity which inhibits student participation. The tape not only provides in depth analysis of instruction, but also reviews key research and offers specific strategies to improve teaching.
