Program Scope
Each scholar designs and implements a project plan. Awards of $20,000 U. S. per year for two years are available to conduct the project. Additional funds are provided for travel expenses for required attendance at the two annual retreats. The program is not intended to fund graduate degree programs or research for the completion of a degree.
During the program, scholars continue their employment while pursuing program-related activities. By signing the application, the scholar's employer agrees to support program requirements as outlined here.
