PeoplePhilip E. Chase, MPA, CRC, is Director of the Human Services Management Institute. Recognized nationally as an organizational development and leader behavior expert, he has been project director and/or principal investigator for over twenty-five rehabilitation issue projects, including being director of the national rehabilitation leader development program and the University's rehabilitation counseling training grant. He is currently project director of a national distance education program for job coaches and responsible for developing a community intervention/self-advocacy model for people with disabilities. Mr. Chase is a past president of the National Rehabilitation Counseling Association. pchase@uga.edu Adele Patrick, Ph.D., CRC, is Associate Director of the Human Services Management Institute. She is a nationally recognized expert on rehabilitation legislation, policy development, and performance measurement. Dr. Patrick has done extensive work in consumer satisfaction. She is the project director of a national research initiative to develop and disseminate an instrument to measure customer satisfaction with rehabilitation services. She is co-principal investigator of the job coach certification program and the community intervention project with people with disabilities. Dr. Patrick serves on the board of directors of the National Council on Rehabilitation Education and she serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Rehabilitation and the Journal of Rehabilitation Administration. apatrick@uga.edu Address, telephone, & fax:
