National Web-Based Employment Specialist and Job Coach Training Opportunity Characteristics & Outcomes
Survey Research
In order to design the on-line course, we sent letters to all state rehabilitation agencies and CRP -RCEP¹s. We received lists from 27 states and surveyed all persons identified.
A letter and survey were mailed to 3000 agencies describing the course and asking for individuals to fill out the survey. The survey which could be accessed via the web or by mailing it in directly was helpful in identifying technology capabilities of agencies and training needs for direct service providers. We have received responses from 25 of the 27 states.
