curriculum, send you a sample copy of the textbook, and explain our district, state, and national competitions.
Georgia's We The People Program is administered in each of the state's Thirteen Congressional Districts by a Coordinator who has worked successfully with the
school systems in his or her area. Your Congressional District Coordinator should be your first point of contact with Georgia's We The People Program.
He or she is responsible for supplying up to 25 free classrooms sets of We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution textbooks to elementary, middle, or
high school teachers who are interested in teaching this award winning, innovative curriculum. Congressional District Coordinators organize district level
simulated congressional hearings, provide follow up support to teachers who are using the curriculum, offer awareness sessions and more in-depth teacher
training opportunities to both public and private schools in their districts, and assist with the Georgia state competition each year.
