By strengthening teacher preparation programs through collaborations with teachers, administrators and college faculty, GSTEP is changing how teachers learn their craft. |
In addition to supporting induction programs in our partner school districts, GSTEP developed The BRIDGE, an online professional development tool for teachers. |
GSTEP's recruitment efforts bring diverse and highly qualified individuals to careers in education, and provide prospective teachers support and encouragement for early experiences with teaching. |
In studying, designing and implementing research into the preparation of teachers, GSTEP adds to our knowledge of high quality in teacher preparation. |
