Hours and Class Schedule
The center is open for the convenience of our members on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
Morning Session Noon Session Evening Session
6:30 – 8:30 am 11:45 am – 1:15 pm 4:30 – 7:00 pm
Within the session times various group exercise classes will be taught including Step aerobics, Zumba, cardio boot-camp, yoga, low impact aerobics, balance training, strength training, core training, and flexibility. Format offerings will vary by semester. These classes are available at no additional cost. Members are welcome to attend classes on a drop-in basis as their only form of exercise or in combination with other offerings within the Center. You are only limited by what you want to participate in.
