COE Faculty Awards
Important: the Awards Committee will not accept late or incomplete dossiers. It is the responsibility of the nominator to ensure the dossier is complete and submitted by the College of Education’s deadline.
Nominations must be submitted to the College of Education Office of the Associate Dean for Research as a PDF file electronically via email attachment to gmason@uga.edu or PDF file on CD sent through campus mail to the Associate Dean for Research Office, c/o Faculty Awards Committee Secretary, Gabrielle Mason, G10 Aderhold Hall. You may contact Ms. Mason at gmason@uga.edu or 706-542-4558.
Nominations are due by 5:00 pm on January 17 each year. Should this date fall on a weekend or holiday, nominations are due by 5:00 pm the next working day.
Important: In all cases related to dossiers that must pass through the COE Faculty Senate Awards Committee: the Awards Committee will not accept late or incomplete dossiers. Do not submit hard copies of nomination packages.
*Cash awards are subject to tax.
Please use the protocol listed below to name these nomination files. For example, the nomination for John Smith for Glickman Faculty Fellow Award would be named as “Smith_John_GFFA.” Please label all separate attachments clearly.

| Yeany Research Award | At the time of nomination, the nominee must hold the rank of tenured professor and have completed a minimum of three years of service to the University of Georgia.
