Dispute Resolution
Description
The Dispute Resolution Committee is a Special Committee of the Faculty Senate. It addresses disputes among members of the College faculty according to policies and procedures established by the University of Georgia Statues, the Board of Regents Policy Manual, and the Dispute Resolution Policy. Composition
3 tenured faculty members, 2 of which must hold the rank of Professor. Members are appointed from a pool of eligible faculty by the Dean and the Associate Dean for Faculty, Administration and Finance in consultation with the Faculty Senate President.
Term
The committee is organized when needed and serves for the duration of its involvement in the dispute.
