Multicultural Education Exit Survey

As part of the University of Georgia College of Education's commitment to the exposure of our graduates to diversity issues and as a complement to the University of Georgia diversity requirement, the early childhood education program would like you to complete a survey on what you have learned about multicultural education. Your responses will enable the faculty to document the efficacy of the diversity requirement and to revise the program as necessary. You will be asked to provide your name in order to document the fact that you have completed the survey, but your name will not be associated with your responses. When the program has received confirmation that you have completed the survey, your name will be deleted from the data file and only your data will remain. All data that will be reported for both internal and external uses will be reported as group data. We value and thank you for your honest feedback. Please address all questions or concerns to Dr. Betty Bisplinghoff, Program Coordinator of Early Childhood Education, Department of Elementary and Social Studies Education, University of Georgia, 427 Aderhold Hall, Athens, GA 30602, (706) 542-4244.

Fill out and submit the survey
