· School Psychology doctoral student, Tori Foster, selected by SPY faculty to receive the McBee Award, presented by the Athens Area Psychological Association.
o “Many years ago when Louise McBee retired from the legislature AAPA decided to honor her long and distinguished service to UGA, the field of psychology, and women in the profession, by establishing a modest monetary award to a female representative of each of the psychology training programs at UGA. These three young women will be recognized and given their gift at the annual legislative breakfast on December 6. It is the hope of AAPA that each student can use the gift to help support her research or professional development.”
